TWO COVENANT AMENDMENTS HAVE BEEN PROPOSED

  1. to limit the number of rental homes permitted in Edmonds Creek, and
  2. to reduce the approval threshold required for future changes.

VOTING INFORMATION

  1. The signs are down but voting is still open until we receive the votes required to either approve or reject the amendments. If you haven't voted see below for info on how you can help, and how to receive your personal voting key and ballot.
  2. Your vote will automatically enter you in a drawing. Prizes include FOUR $50 restaurant gift cards and several others. Winners to be announced within one week after voting ends.
